This joint publication with the Worker’s Information Centre and the United Sisterhood Alliance presents a range of critical and pertinent issues in the textile and footwear industry in Cambodia and sheds light the workers’ collective action and perseverance in addressing injustice in the workplace. This study report aims to serve as a historical document for other workers to join together without hesitation to solve the problems they are facing, especially to build solidarity among themselves, to continue to fight and to provide moral support to each other.

This study report is divided into three parts:  (1) a general overview of the a factory and the cause of the problem in the case study; (2) . methods and activities conducted by the workers in response to the question: “Where do these materials go?”; and  (3) a description of the contribution to dispute resolution from relevant stakeholders in this dispute.
