Global day of action to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Palestinian nakbah (catastrophe) and calling for the implementation of resolution 194 which calls for the right of the Palestinian people to return to their land.

 

Water

18-20 March, 2007 – March 2009:
Gather at the World Assembly of Citizens and Elected Officials in the European Parliament in Brussels, to demand that governments implement the right to water before the 60th anniversary of the UN Declaration of Human Rights, which is 10 December 2008. From this point, via the global action month, Blue October, and other mobilisations, we will challenge the illegitimate World Water Forum, Istanbul March 2009.
